Refund policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience.

Our priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with the received product, you have the option to return unwanted items within 30 days from the date of shipment.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must remain unused and in its original condition.
  2. It should be returned in the original packaging.
  3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Please note that unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

AFTERPAY - Change of Mind Cancellations 

For change-of-mind order cancellations where Afterpay was used as the payment method, the refund amount will be less the Afterpay fees incurred, as these fees are non-refundable and cannot be recouped by us. By proceeding with a purchase using Afterpay, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Note: This applies only to change-of-mind cancellations and does not affect your rights in the event of faulty or damaged goods.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

In the case of products arriving with cosmetic defects or damage caused during shipping, please report the issue within 14 days to commence the return and replacement process.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please send a return request email to hello@scrt.nz and we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses may be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items exceeding $100 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
